PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
ATTACHMENT E BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT This Business Associate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the State of Vermont Agency of Human Services, operating by and through its Department of Vermont Health Access (“Covered Entity”) and OptumInsight, Inc. (“Business Associate”) as of June 6, 2014 (“Effective Date”). This Agreement supplements and is made a part of the contract/grant to which it is attached.
