Comfort and Safety. The Engager may use a first-class or mid-size commercial bus. A first-class or mid-size bus is described as having heat, air conditioning, lavatory, adequate luggage storage and a seat for each Artist. The bus shall be thoroughly cleaned each day and the driver will be responsible for the loading and unloading of luggage. The Engager shall instruct the driver to obey all traffic regulations, and speed and safety rules.
