COMMENCE AND END. A “leave” shall commence on and include the first workday on which the employee is absent without pay, and terminate with and include the workday preceding the day such employee returns to work. The conditions under which an employee shall be restored to employment on the termination of the employee's "leave of absence" shall be clearly stated on the form on which application for the "leave" is made.
