COMMENCEMENT AND TERM OF EMPLOYMENT. The Company employs Employee and Employee accepts employment by the Company as of the Effective Date on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The term of employment ("TERM OF EMPLOYMENT") shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall continue thereafter for a period of thirty-six (36) months unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 5.
