COMMENCEMENT, APPOINTMENT AND DURATION. 3.1 Each Service Provider’s appointment shall be governed by this Framework Agreement and any relevant Call Off Contract. Each Service Provider shall when requested by the Client or an Authorised Entity following the selection process set out in Clause 5, enter into a Call Off Contract for the carrying out of the relevant Services.
