COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. (a) This Agreement commences on and from 1 February 2017 or seven days after the date of approval by the Fair Work Commission, whichever is the later. The nominal expiry date of this Agreement is 31 January 2021.
