Cessation of Contributions. The obligation of the employer to contribute to the Fund in respect of an employee shall cease on the last day of such employee's employment with the employer.
Cessation of Contributions. The employer shall not be required to make any further contributions on behalf of an employee after the end of the last day from which the employee’s resignation or termination becomes effective.
