Common use of Commencement of Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Bargaining. Where a party to this Agreement has given notice under Clause 35.03 above, the parties shall, without delay, but in any case within 14 clear days after notice was given, or within such a period as the parties may agree, meet and commence to bargain collectively with each other and shall make every reasonable effort to conclude the renewal or revision of this Agreement or a new agreement.
