Regular to Casual Status. Regular employees may apply to transfer to casual status. Upon transfer such employees will be entitled only to such benefits as are available to casual employees. Such employees will maintain all accumulated seniority to the date of transfer. An employee who transfers from regular to casual status will have their regular sick bank frozen and inaccessible until such time as the employee posts back to regular status or posts to a vacancy under Clause 24.11 (Temporary Vacancies).

Regular to Casual Status. (a) A regular employee who is laid off shall be entitled as of right to transfer to casual status. Other regular employees may transfer to casual status provided that the Employer requires additional casual employees. Upon transfer such employees shall be entitled only to such benefits as are available to casual employees. Such employees shall maintain all accumulated seniority and benefits to the date of the transfer converted to hours on the following formula:

  • Travel Status Travel by an employee, outside the College region on College business, where authorization for such travel has been requested in advance on the appropriate form, and approved by the College.

Emeriti shall be afforded at least the following privileges: desk space if available, university computer account, library privileges, catalog listing, a printed certificate, professional use of the title, invitations to university functions, course privileges available pursuant to Article 13.13, faculty parking privileges and inclusion on the mailing lists for all university publications.

  • Professional Status The Superintendent affirms that he is not under contract with any other board of education covering any part or all of the term provided in this contract. Throughout the contract term, he will hold a valid and appropriate certificate to act as a superintendent of schools in the State of Nebraska which he will register and maintain on file in the school district’s central administrative office. This contract shall not be valid and the Board will not compensate the Superintendent for any service performed prior to the date that he registers his certificate.

  • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of:
