Common use of Commencement of Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Bargaining. Where either party has given written notice as per 21:01 above, the initial bargaining meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, but in no event shall the meeting be held longer than fifteen (15) working days after a written request for such a meeting has been made, unless by mutual agreement of the parties.
