Commencement of Operation of the Said SAC. The Promoter shall endeavor to get the Said SAC operational after the entirety of the Said Complex is complete and made ready. The Allottee accepts and confirms that the Completion Date of the Said Apartment shall have no connection and correlation with the Said SAC becoming operational and that the Allottee shall not raise any claim or objection in this regard.
