CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. 601 The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no strike, and to this end the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any nurse covered by this Agreement from striking. The Employer agrees that for the duration of this Agreement, there shall be no lockout.
CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. 7.01 There shall be no strikes or lockouts during the term of this Agreement.
CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. 601 The Union agrees that during the life of this Collective Agreement there shall be no slowdown of work, suspension or picketing in relation to this Collective Agreement, and to this end the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any nurse covered by this Collective Agreement from slowing down her/his work or suspending or picketing. The Employer agrees that for the duration of this Collective Agreement, there shall be no lockout.
CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. 1. Except for the provisions in subsection K, below, during the term of this Agreement, the Union shall not authorize, cause, engage in, sanction or assist in any work stoppage, strike or slowdown of operations. Likewise, during the same time period, the Company shall not cause, permit or engage in any lockout of its Flight Attendants.
CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. The Contractor shall arrange and schedule the Work in such manner as to ensure that all existing utility, treatment or disposal operations and facilities are maintained in operation and in no way disrupted or disabled as a result of the Work. The Contractor shall submit for approval a written plan and description of the proposed schedule, methods, and facilities to be employed in conforming to this requirement.
CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. 8:01 It is agreed that while this Agreement is in force, there shall be no strikes, stoppages of work, lockouts or slowdowns and that all disputes and grievances shall be settled in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article 6 hereof.
8:02 It is further agreed that neither the Union nor the Employer shall sanction or consent to any strikes, lockouts, stoppages of work or slowdowns, and if the employees should engage in any strikes or stoppages of work or slowdown without authority or consent of the Union, the Union shall instruct the employees it represents to return to work and perform their duties properly and to resort to the procedure set forth in Article 6 hereof for the settlement of any dispute or grievance.

CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. 38:01 The parties agree that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no slowdown of work, picketing, disruption, suspension or stoppage of work and to this end the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any employee from such action. The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout of employees during the life of this Agreement.
38:02 The Union agrees to give the Centre at least two (2) weeks (fourteen [14] days) written notice as to the time and date of strike action.
38:03 The Centre agrees to give the Union at least two (2) weeks (fourteen [14] days) written notice as to the intended time and date of lockout.
