Commencement of Work and Time of Completion. A. The GLENN COUNTY HHSA will issue to Design-Builder a Notice to Proceed designating the starting date on which Design-Builder is authorized to commence Work. Design Builder shall immediately upon such notice, commence and continue to diligently prosecute Work from such date to completion within the time specified in the Supplementary Conditions (00 73 00) or any adjustments thereof. B. The Design-Builder shall not begin Work in advance of the designated start date on the Notice to Proceed. The GLENN COUNTY HHSA will not be obligated to accept or to pay for work furnished by the Design- Builder prior to the start date stated in the Notice to Proceed whether or not the GLENN COUNTY HHSA has knowledge of the furnishing of such work. The Design-Builder shall not be allowed on the Project Site of the Work until the Design-Builder's Contract bonds and certificates of insurance comply with requirements of the Contract. C. Work under the Contract shall be conducted in accordance with this Article, Article 3, “Design- Builder’s Duties and Responsibilities”, and Division 01 of the Contract Documents. The Design- Builder shall not begin any Work until authorized in writing by the GLENN COUNTY HHSA Representative.

  • Termination In the event that either Party seeks to terminate this DPA, they may do so by mutual written consent so long as the Service Agreement has lapsed or has been terminated. Either party may terminate this DPA and any service agreement or contract if the other party breaches any terms of this DPA.

  • General The Trustee shall keep proper books of record and account of all the transactions of each Trust under this Indenture at its corporate trust office, including a record of the name and address of, and the Units issued by each Trust and held by, every Unit holder, and such books and records of each Trust shall be open to inspection by any Unit holder of such Trust at all reasonable times during the usual business hours. The Trustee shall make such annual or other reports as may from time to time be required under any applicable state or federal statute or rule or regulations thereunder.
