Commencement Order. 19.1. Subject to the Special Conditions, the Contracting Authority shall fix the date on which implementation of the tasks is to commence and advise the Contractor thereof either in the notification of award of the contract or by administrative order. 19.2. Save where the Parties agree otherwise, implementation of the tasks shall begin no later than 90 days following notification of award of contract. Unless this delay results from the Contractor default, after that date the Contractor shall be entitled not to implement the contract and to obtain its termination and/or compensation for the damage it has suffered. The Contractor shall forfeit this right unless it exercises it within 30 days of the expiry of the 90-day period.
