Common use of Commercial Activity License Clause in Contracts

Commercial Activity License. If Provider is a "business" as defined in the Philadelphia Code, Section 19-2601, Provider has and shall maintain during the Term of this Contract, a valid, current Commercial Activity License (formerly known as the Business Privilege License), issued by the City's Department of Licenses and Inspections, to do business in the City.
