Registration is complimentary for editorial staff representatives of general circulation newspapers, magazines, and scientific publications. All media representatives of the ET 2021 must formally register in prior to the meeting with an e-mail to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. In order to prevent disruptions and to ensure science-based discourse among speakers and attendees, the following policy applies:

Media Policy. Unless specifically forbidden by the responsible enrolling party, it is YCA’s policy that enrollment is deemed as consent to the photographing, videotaping and voice recording of cadets for use singularly or in conjunction with other images and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes in markets both foreign and domestic. YCA policy states that unless specifically forbidden by the responsible enrolling party, all responsible parties release YCA, and any of its affiliated organizations, their directors, officers, agents, employees, customers, and appointed advertising agencies from all claims of any kind on account of such use. All media representatives of the ESIR courses must formally register in prior to the meeting with an e-mail to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. In order to prevent disruptions and to ensure science-based discourse among speakers and attendees, the following policy applies: • There will be no cameras allowed in, nor radio broadcasts made directly from, technical sessions without the express, advance written approval of CIRSE Foundation. • No audio taping for re-broadcast of technical presentations or question-and- answer sessions is allowed without express, advance written approval by the CIRSE Central Office. • All requests for filming, photographs, interviews, etc. outside this policy must be submitted to CIRSE Foundation for a decision. This policy is intended to engender a rational and professional forum in which science- based issues can be discussed. Any media representative who sells, markets, or represents a company for purposes of obtaining advertising or subscriptions from any exhibitor or registrant will immediately forfeit press credentials for this and subsequent meetings.
Media Policy. The media, including but not limited to reporters, bloggers, interviewers, photographers, filmmakers, and videographers are not permitted in private residential areas at any time. In addition to external entities, the media includes all student operated or created media. Private residential areas include corridors or areas with student rooms or restrooms. Reporting, interviewing, blogging, photographing, filming, or creating a video for a news purpose in common spaces, such as the dining hall, may be allowed with advance permission. Media access to common spaces may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of University of Oregon Housing marketing office, upon receipt and review of a written request. The UO Housing marketing office will issue press passes that must be conspicuously displayed by any members of the media granted access to common areas. Members of the media must obtain consent of participating students before engaging media activity. Images of students will not be published without the written authorization of the students who are recognizable in the image. Anyone on the premises engaged in media activity without a press pass will be asked to leave. UO Housing may request assistance from the University of Oregon Police Department to enforce this policy. Failure to comply may result in sanctions, including denial of future requests for access to common areas.

Special exception is given to those individuals with medical needs, in which case shoe covers can be slipped on over shoes or the person may be allowed to walk through the home in their shoes if booties are unavailable. Media Policy. Escambia County Area Transit employees shall be prohibited to communicate to the Media (i.e. Newspaper, television, radio, and etc.) while on duty or in a company uniform. The employee’s supervisor shall be notified in advance of any plans to correspond with the Media. If an employee is approached by the Media he/she shall not comment and immediately notify management. The Company understands that the Union officials (to be designated in writing) will be allowed to talk with the Media while in uniform attire, but not on Company time. Any violation of this policy will result in a progressively disciplinary action up to and including termination.

This will ensure consistency of messaging should the President also be faced with the same questions. • In some instances, the Provincial Office may provide approved speaking points to local representatives for use in media interviews. Prior approval for a media interview is not required in these circumstances. • However, the President or Communications Officer should be advised that a media interview has taken place.

Media Policy. All photographs, videos and content obtained through and/or during the Program (collectively, “THP Media”) may not be used in the manner described above for non- commercial purposes unless with the prior written consent from THPA (including use on social media and internet websites). All THP Media must be credited to THPA and utilised in a manner aligned with the ethos of THPA and the THP Principles (Annexure 1).
