Business Customers interested in these services should contact us for additional information. The Company has requested that the Financial Institution permit it to initiate debit and credit Entries to accounts maintained at the Financial Institution and other financial institutions by means of the Automated Clearing House (the “ACH”) Network. The Financial Institution has agreed to do so on the terms of this Agreement. The Company agrees to be bound by the Rules, as may be amended from time to time. The Company represents and warrants that it will comply with the Rules, United States laws, and other applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements and that it will not transmit any Entry or engage in any act or omission that violates or causes Financial Institution to violate the Rules, applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements, including, without limitation, regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (“OFAC”), sanctions or executive orders, or any program administered by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (“FFIEC”). Financial Institution may terminate or suspend this Agreement upon written notice and identification of a material breach by Company of the Rules. Furthermore, Financial Institution shall have the right to initiate an audit of Company procedures for compliance with this Service Agreement and the Rules, upon written notification to Company.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services.   • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms.
