Common use of Commercial Operation Clause in Contracts

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September 30, 2022, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30, 2022, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September 30December 31, 20222023, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30December 31, 20222023, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September 30December 31, 2022, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30December 31, 2022, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

(i) On or before September 30April 18, 20222024, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 3029, 20222024, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September 30December 31, 20222016, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30December 31, 20222016, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

(i) On or before September 30August 15, 20222016, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30August 31, 20222016, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September 30December 31, 20222019, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30December 31, 20222019, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable applicable, obtain capacity qualification qualifications consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September 30July 31, 20222021, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30July 31, 2022, 2021 Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September 30February 28, 20222023, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all 5 MW generating units; (ii) On or before September 30March 31, 20222023, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September March 30, 20222018, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30October 27, 20222017, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before September 30January 1, 20222018, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before September 30, 2022, .
