Commercial Recycling Collection Service. The collection of Recyclable Material, by 194 the CONTRACTOR, from Commercial Service Units in the Service Area, the delivery of that 195 Recyclable Material to a Materials Recovery Facility and the processing and marketing of that 196 Recyclable Material.
