Free Service. Private parties will be able to list and view merchandise and services for free on Customer Classifieds.
Free Service. The RECIPIENT shall not furnish utility service to any customer free of charge if providing that free service affects the RECIPIENT's ability to meet the obligations of this agreement.
Free Service. No Service Charges shall be imposed on the City and water shall be provided free of any charge for the provision of water (i) for the suppression of fires and the provision at all times of adequate water pressure for the suppression of fires and other purposes of the City’s Fire Department, (ii) for street cleaning, (iii) for City Hall and other buildings used primarily by the City for public purposes, (iv) for comfort stations in City parks and (v) for swimming pools owned or operated by the City. No Services Charges shall be imposed on the City and the services of the Sewer Utility System shall be provided free of charge for City Hall and other buildings used primarily by the City for public purposes.
Free Service. You acknowledge and agree that eFileCabinet and/or Concentsus may occasionally send you administrative communications regarding your account or the Service via email. Please see the eFileCabinet, INC privacy policy which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Free Service. Acceptance of the Endorsement and the publication of statements on Sharinbox to replace paper statements sent by post are free of charge. The account holder is responsible for internet connection charges.
Free Service. The Company may not charge for the collection of Recyclable Materials, and SFD Recycling Collection Service shall be unlimited. However, for a SFD Service Recipient to receive free recycling services, they must be subscribe for SFD Garbage Collection Service.
Free Service. The Company may not charge for the collection of Recyclable Materials, for Commercial and MFD Customers receiving garbage service. Commercial and MFD Recycling Collection Service shall be unlimited provided that Recyclable Materials are placed in Carts or Bins.
Free Service. Prior to the tenth anniversary of the Closing Date, no Service Charges shall be imposed on the Borough and water shall be provided free of any charge for the provision of water (i) for the suppression of fires and the provision at all times of adequate water pressure for the suppression of fires and other purposes of the Borough’s Fire Department, (ii) for street cleaning, (iii) for Borough Hall and other buildings used primarily by the Borough for public purposes as set forth in Schedule 11, (iv) for comfort stations in Borough parks and (v) for swimming pools owned or operated by the Borough, provided that the aggregate amount of water to be provided free of charge for the purposes described in clauses (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) shall not exceed 2,500,000 gallons in any calendar year. If such amounts exceed 2,500,000 gallons, the Concessionaire may impose Service Charges on the Borough in accordance with this Agreement for any excess amounts. Prior to the tenth anniversary of the Closing Date, no Services Charges shall be imposed on the Borough and the services of the Wastewater Utility System shall be provided free of charge for Borough Hall and other buildings used primarily by the Borough for public purposes. For purposes of this Section 3.21(b), the term “public purposes” does not include commercial or residential uses in buildings used primarily by the Borough for public purposes. Commencing on the tenth anniversary of the Closing Date, the Concessionaire may impose Service Charges on the Borough in accordance with this Agreement, and neither water, nor the services of the Wastewater Utility System, shall be provided free of charge
Free Service. Company shall provide without any installation charge or ------------ monthly charge one free Cable System outlet in each Municipal building or facility; in each building used by a state-accredited public, private, charter and parochial K-12 school, university or college; and shall allow Municipality and each such school without additional charge, to extend such service to some or all rooms, classrooms and auditoriums. None of the preceding entities shall be charged any fee during the term of this Franchise Agreement for any basic or expanded basic channels or programming, excluding premium channels (such as HBO or Showtime) or pay per view channels, but the entities may be charged by Company to the extent installation costs exceed $1,200 at any single site. To allow for extensions of service, the signal level at the initial outlet shall be +10dBmV or higher.
4.8.1 A list of the municipal buildings and schools within the Authorized Area meeting the preceding description as of the Effective Date of this Franchise Agreement is set forth on Exhibit D.
4.8.2 In addition, Municipality shall receive four (4) service outlets (at locations to be specified by Municipality) and Municipality shall receive without charge all programming (and any other services) provided by Company whether of a premium, pay per view or other nature. Such service is provided such that Municipality may monitor the programming and use of the Cable System for compliance with this Franchise Agreement, Municipal Code, FCC Technical Standards, and other applicable law. The services provided according to the preceding sentence shall be in an office location and not in a location conducive to public viewing.
4.8.3 In addition, by twelve (12) months from the Effective Date, Company without charge shall provide internal wiring and outlets for cable service at fifty (50) locations designated by Municipality. To the extent Municipality has not designated all fifty (50) locations by the Effective Date, such locations may be designated by Municipality in the future and Company shall have a reasonable time to install such wiring and outlets.
4.8.4 Except as provided in this Franchise Agreement, Company shall not provide free or discounted service to elected or appointed officials of Municipality or to Municipality's employees, agents, officers, including members of its Cable Television Advisory Board or Village Board. The term "free or discounted service" shall mean any service on terms and conditions...
Free Service a. Free installation, including an aerial drop, outlet and converter (if needed), and free basic cable service and cable programming service (or the equivalent if available) shall be provided and maintained in the New Gloucester Town Hall, each state accredited public school (provided that any necessary internal wiring of schools shall be the responsibility of Grantor) and every public library. All locations shall be capable of being served by an aerial drop of not more than 150 feet from the activated cable system. In the event any such building or school is located in excess of a standard service drop from Company's existing distribution facilities or not serviceable by an aerial drop, Grantor shall pay the incremental cost of the service drop over the cost of a standard service drop.
b. The Company shall verify the location of each connection, specified in this section 19.3, with the proper officials of each of the institutions entitled to such free Drop, Outlet, Converter, and Cable Service prior to installation.
