Commercial Solid Waste Collection Service. The CONTRACTOR shall provide Commercial Solid Waste Collection Service as deemed necessary and as determined between the CONTRACTOR and the Customer. However, frequency shall be no less than two (2) times per week with no exception for Holiday(s) as set forth herein, except that Collection service scheduled to fall on a Holiday may be rescheduled as determined between the Customer and the CONTRACTOR as long as the minimum frequency requirement is met. The size of the Container or Dumpster and the frequency of Collection (meeting minimum requirements) shall be determined between the Customer and the CONTRACTOR. However, size and frequency shall be sufficient to provide that no Solid Waste shall be placed outside the Container or Dumpster. Dumpster(s) and Container(s) shall be accessible to the CONTRACTOR’S crew and vehicles. In the event of disagreement about the size of Dumpster or frequency of collection, the TOWN shall make the final determination.
