COMMERCIAL USE COVERAGE Sample Clauses

COMMERCIAL USE COVERAGE. If You purchased Commercial Use coverage at the time of sale of Your Agreement, this Agreement will furnish replacement parts and/or labor necessary to maintain Your Covered Product that is intended for Commercial Use. The Covered Product, must be manufactured specifically for Commercial Use and include a manufacturer’s warranty. Commercial Use coverage under this Agreement begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer's original or factory-refurbished parts and labor warranty. During the manufacturer’s warranty period, any parts, labor, on-site service, or shipping costs covered by that warranty are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Note: In the event Your Purchase Confirmation indicates that ADH or Battery coverage is included, within the plan You purchased, Commercial Use coverage will begin on the Agreement Purchase Date.

COMMERCIAL USE COVERAGE. In the event You selected and purchased the Commercial Use option, as shown on the Declaration Page of this Agreement, We will provide coverage for those Units defined as Commercial Use Units. If the Unit is registered in the name of a business, the optional Commercial Use surcharge must be paid at time of purchase, regardless of whether or not the Unit is being used for commercial purposes.
COMMERCIAL USE COVERAGE. (available only for NEW UNIT PLANS) In the event that YOU selected and purchased the COMMERCIAL USE option as shown on the DECLARATION PAGE of this AGREEMENT, WE will provide coverage for those UNITS defined as COMMERCIAL USE UNITS.   • Single Coverage The School District will pay up to $28.00 per month for individual coverage for each full-time teacher who qualifies for and enrolls in the School District's group dental insurance plan.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein.   • Industrial Insurance Coverage The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, Agency may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The Agency may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the Agency under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor.

  • Life Coverage Paragraph 1: The Board shall provide a group term life coverage in the sum of

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Life Insurance Coverage a. Forty Thousand ($40,000) Dollars life insurance policy with AD&D from an insurance carrier selected by the Board, subject to the provisions of this section. b. Employees who have Board-provided term life insurance shall have a thirty- one (31) day conversion right upon termination of employment. Any employee electing the right to conversion in order to keep term life insurance in force, must contact the insurance carrier within thirty-one (31) days of the last day of employment. c.
