Committee Composition and Frequency of Meetings. The Union and the Employer are committed to a process of working together with the common goals of anticipating and resolving mutual problems and improving their day to day working relationship. To this end, the parties agree to the establishment of a labour management committee. The committee shall include two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the Employer. The committee shall meet as the occasion warrants but not more often than once per month, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect any employee bound by this agreement.
