Common use of Committee Procedures Clause in Contracts

Committee Procedures. a. All professional growth proposals appealed shall be submitted in writing to the KUTA president and Superintendent. The committee shall then be activated. b. Submitted written appeals shall include a brief description of the class, class number and title, and justification for approval of the request. c. Verbal explanation of the items listed above may be submitted when the appeal is considered. d. If an appeal is submitted to the Committee, the site principal denying the applicability of a class or program shall submit a written memorandum explaining his/her reasons for the denial.
