Committeeperson Starting Time. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section (2.2) of the Office and Clerical and Engineering Agreement, and in the interest of providing bargaining unit employees with sufficient union representation, in the event the shift start time of a committeeperson is altered due to changing operational requirements, the Unit President and Salary Labour Relations will make arrangements to discuss the matter with appropriate members of management.
