COMMUNICATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 14.1 Each Party will appoint an individual employed by it to serve as its “Principal Contact” for purposes of this Agreement. Either Party may from time to time replace its Principal Contact with a different employee, but unless required due to events beyond its control, neither Party will replace its Principal Contact without at least [***] days prior notice to the other Party. The two Principal Contacts shall communicate with each other regularly during the Term as the Parties may agree or as the Principal Contacts shall mutually determine to be useful.
