Communication between Board and Association. A. The Board agrees to furnish regularly to the Association two (2) copies of the agenda, minutes, and the complete packet of information distributed for all Board meetings, such copies to be made available at the same time as distribution to Board members. Any materials distributed to the Board during the meetings, except those restricted to executive sessions matters, shall be made available to the Association prior to the meetings. B. At each regular and special Board meeting that is open to the public, faculty members shall be afforded time, subject to reasonable constraints, to comment to or ask questions of the Board.
