Executive session means any meeting or part of a meeting of a governing body which is closed to certain persons for deliberation on certain matters.
Executive Secretary means the executive secretary of the board.
Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.
Executive Securities means the Class A Common acquired by the Executive and will include units of the Company's Common Interests issued with respect to Executive Securities by way of a split, dividend, combination, exchange, conversion, or other recapitalization, merger, consolidation or reorganization. Executive Securities will cease to be Executive Securities when transferred pursuant to a Qualified Public Offering or Sale of the Company. Executive Securities will continue to be Executive Securities in the hands of any holder other than the Executive, including all transferees of the Executive (except for the Company and the Investor (or its designee)), and except as otherwise provided herein, each such other holder of Executive Securities will succeed to all rights and obligations attributable to the Executive as a holder of Executive Securities hereunder.
Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Preventive services means preservation services, as defined
Child protective services means the identification, receipt and immediate response to complaints
Active Service means a Covered Person is either 1) actively at work performing all regular duties at his or her employer’s place of business or someplace the employer requires him or her to be; 2) employed, but on a scheduled holiday, vacation day, or period of approved paid leave of absence; or 3) if not employed, able to engage in substantially all of the usual activities of a person in good health of like age and sex and not confined in a Hospital or rehabilitation or rest facility.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Protective services means expedited services that are provided:
Habilitative services means those services provided by
Sensitive Services means those services that (i) require access to Customer/Consumer Information, (ii) relate to the State’s computer networks, information systems, databases or secure facilities under circumstances that would permit modifications to such systems, or (iii) involve unsupervised access to secure facilities (“Sensitive Services”).
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:
Executive Engineer “Superintending Engineer” and “Chief Engineer” used in the contract and the documents attached thereto, shall respectively be taken to include the terms “Deputy Director” “Director” and “Director General” or the holder of the corresponding posts in relation to the work.
Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
Wellness activity means an explicit program of an activity
Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.
Abuse Investigation and Protective Services means reporting and investigation activities as required by OAR 407-045-0300 and any subsequent services or supports necessary to prevent further abuse as required by OAR 407-045-0310.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
