Communication, Distributed Material and Postings, and Physical and Program Access Standards. a. All outreach and recruitment materials, press releases, printed or electronic material that reference elected officials and/or the County of Orange, shall be submitted to the County of Orange administrative office for review and approval prior to use or release. The County of Orange will require a minimum of five (5) working days to review and approve. Communication is not considered approved for release until subrecipient receives written approval from the County of Orange. All published or electronic materials shall promote the Orange County One-Stop System. These materials must also include appropriate America’s Job Center of California tagline consistent with the local AJCC branding standards and must identify that funding is made available through the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Orange County Workforce Development Board and Orange County Workforce and Economic Development Division.
