Communication Materials. The Eligible Applicant shall adhere to the Sustainable CAP communication standards for all communications related activities related to the Eligible Activity, by ensuring:
a) the Sustainable CAP graphic standard, the official mark “Alberta”, and the official mark “Canada” are applied and represented in this order, and
b) the official mark “Canada” and the official mark “Alberta” are identified equally. Electronic copies of the Sustainable CAP graphic standard, the official mark “Alberta” and the official mark “Canada” may be obtained from the Minister upon request.
Communication Materials. Promptly after the Agreement Date (and in any event in sufficient time to permit the Purchaser to commence the Offer in a timely manner) and otherwise from time to time as requested by the Purchaser or its agents, the Company shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Purchaser mailing labels, security position listings, non-objecting beneficial owner lists and any other listings or computer files containing the names and addresses of the record or beneficial owners of the Shares as of the most recent practicable date, and shall promptly furnish the Purchaser with such information (including updated lists of holders of the Shares and their addresses, mailing labels, security position listings and non-objecting beneficial owner lists) and such other assistance as the Purchaser or its agents may reasonably request in communicating with the record and beneficial owners of Shares, in connection with the preparation and dissemination of the Schedule TO and the Offer Documents and the solicitation of tenders of Shares in the Offer.
Communication Materials. A. Development of Communication Materials which will include one of Contractor’s existing themes with the following pieces:
1. 1 print brochure 2. 6 print postcards 3. 6 emails
Communication Materials. 9.1 The Recipient acknowledges that ARENA may request the Recipient procure and provide to ARENA, artists’ impressions, renders or professional imagery, including photography and/or video and audio, which demonstrates the appearance of any works constructed or goods developed in connection with the Project (Communication Materials).
9.2 Where ARENA makes a request for Communication Materials in accordance with clause 9.1:
(a) the parties will meet within 20 Business Days to discuss the request, unless otherwise agreed by the parties;
(b) ARENA will document its request, including any requirements of the Communication Materials, in Appendix B (Communication Materials); and
(c) ARENA will ensure that Appendix B (Communications Material) includes:
(i) any appropriate guidance materials;
(ii) any necessary technical specifications; and
(iii) the required timing for the provision of the Communication Materials.
9.3 Notwithstanding clauses 20.2 and 39, Appendix B (Communication Materials) may be varied by written agreement of the parties and, where varied, ARENA will provide the varied Appendix B (Communication Materials) to the Recipient.
Communication Materials. 7.1 The Recipient acknowledges that ARENA may request the Recipient provide to ARENA photography and/or video and audio in connection with the Project (Communication Materials).
7.2 A request made in accordance with clause 7.1 will be in a form similar to Appendix B (Communication Materials) and will include:
(a) any appropriate guidance materials;
(b) any necessary technical specifications; and
(c) the required timing for the provision of the Communication Materials.
Communication Materials. Prior to the Closing, the Parties shall use reasonable best efforts to (i) cooperate in good faith to jointly develop a communications plan with the employees of the Parties and their Subsidiaries regarding the transactions contemplated hereby and (ii) provide reasonable cooperation with each other in connection with communications with employees.
Communication Materials. Empower will provide Participant educational and communication materials regarding financial investing and retirement options. These materials may include, but are not limited to, newsletters, brochures, and other materials as mutually agreed upon by Plan Sponsor and Empower.
Communication Materials. The Eligible Applicant shall adhere to the S- CAP communication standards for all communications related activities related to the Eligible BMP Activity, by ensuring
(a) The S-CAP graphic standard, the official mark “Alberta”, and the official mark “Canada” are applied and represented in this order; and
(b) The official mark “Canada” and official mark “Alberta” are identified equally. Electronic copies of the S-CAP graphic standard, the official mark “Alberta” and the official mark “Canada” may be obtained from the Minister upon request.
Communication Materials. 17.1 FSA and FSS will collaborate on access to communication materials developed by either body regardless of whether any financial or other form of contribution has been made to their development.
17.2 Both bodies shall have the freedom to use such material in their areas of geographic responsibility as they so choose.
Communication Materials. All communications to Covered Persons and other third parties concerning services under this Agreement are subject to the terms of this Section 6.2.
6.2.1 HCCC-APPROVED INFORMATION. HCCC shall provide GEHA with descriptive information, pre-approved by HCCC, regarding HCCC's AFFORDABLE Medical Networks and MTS Services and, subject to OPM approval, GEHA shall use that information in all general communications regarding these services. GEHA may propose alternative language for approval by HCCC. Any communications from GEHA which contain information other than the HCCC pre-approved descriptive information are not authorized by HCCC.
