Common use of Communication Skills Clause in Contracts

Communication Skills. Unless otherwise requested, all Contingent Staff must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language in accordance with the minimum requirements of the position description. If the Contractor provides Contingent Staff that are unable to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language, in the Customer’s sole discretion, the Contractor will refund any fees and wages incurred.
