Communications Protocol The Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the communications protocol provided for in Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol).
COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.
Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. SUPPLIER STANDARDS OF CONDUCT Accenture is committed to conducting its business free from unlawful, unethical or fraudulent activity. Supplier will act in a manner consistent with the ethical and professional standards of Accenture as described in the Accenture Supplier Standards of Conduct, including prompt reporting of unlawful, fraudulent or unethical conduct. Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.
Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.
Applicable Technical Standards The Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards that apply to the Customer Facility and the Interconnection Facilities are identified in Schedule D to this ISA.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT (1) Overtime requirements. No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.
Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.
