COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Noteholders or Couponholders and any of the Paying Agents (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent by the other relevant Paying Agent.

Communications and Written Notices 23.1. The Company will communicate with the client about any notice, instruction, request or any other communication via the Client’s registered e-mail, the Client Dashboard, telephone or, where the Client wishes to send a formal communication to the Company in writing, via post to the Company’s registered address. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have read all and any communication the Company may send from time to time, via any approved communication method.
