Communications Centre Hours of Work Based on Preference Based Scheduling. Preference Based Scheduling (PBS) is a scheduling system enabling employees to request working hours best fitting their lifestyle. Police, subject to PBS criteria, and employee health and safety, attempt to match preferences against anticipated service demand. This may mean not every preference can be accommodated. Unless the parties, otherwise determine, for new permanent Communicators and CRL employees employed from 01/01/2016, the hours of work clause offered will be these outlined in these (PBS) clauses including a new employee who has previously worked for Police in any capacity. Permanent employees at 31/12/2015 employed as Communicators have the option of being employed under the existing hours of work clause or on the new PBS clause. Employees may choose to return to the contingent hours of work arrangements during the currency of the agreement but may only go back to PBS with Police approval.

If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software. Each installation and use of JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions Software for either Development Purposes or Production Purposes is a Unit and requires a paid Software Subscription.
