Common use of Communications Protocol Clause in Contracts

Communications Protocol. (i) Seller and Buyer have developed, or will develop within a reasonable period of time after the Effective Date, written communications procedures for the Facilities (the “Communications Protocol”), which include processes related to Seller’s interface with MISO, ATC, ERO and other Governing Authorities, operating communications between and among the Dispatch Authority Function and the Balancing Authority Function and testing procedures. The Communications Protocol is deemed incorporated herein by this reference. (ii) The Communications Protocol shall be reviewed by the Administrative Committee no less than annually and any mutually agreed changes shall be made. In the event the Parties are unable to agree upon any changes to the Communications Protocol, such disagreement shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedures.
