EXHIBIT E: PARTNER CENTER INSIDER PROGRAM ADDENDUM This Partner Center Insider Program Addendum (this “Addendum”) is a supplement to the terms and conditions of the Publisher Agreement (the "Agreement"). Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all of the terms and conditions in the Agreement, which is incorporated by reference herein, apply to your participation in the Partner Center Insider Program (the “Program”) and any services Microsoft provides in connection therewith (collectively, the “Program Services”).   • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Vehicular or skidding equipment shall not be used on xxxxxxx, ex- cept where roads, landings, and tractor roads are ap- proved under B5.1 or B6.422. Unless otherwise agreed, trees felled into xxxxxxx shall be removed by endlining. Resulting logging slash shall be removed where neces- sary to protect cover, soil, and water.

  • Benefit Protection Plan For employees who have approved disability claims (excluding those for work-related injuries) under the City's Flex disability insurance carrier, management shall continue the City's medical, dental, and basic life insurance plan subsidies for a maximum of two years or at the close of claim, whichever is less. Employees must have been enrolled in a Flex medical, dental and/or basic life plan prior to the beginning of the disability leave. Coverage in this program will end if the employee retires (service or disability) or leaves City service for any reason.
