Community and Business Partnerships. WPCS may enter into business arrangements or contracts with other schools, educational programs, businesses, or non-profit organizations based on financial and operational requirements. The Board may create a STEM Advisory Committee to guide programmatic and curricular decisions concerning the STEM Academy. The Advisory Committee may be comprised of Board members, parents, faculty, students, community leaders, local business leaders, and STEM partners. The STEM Advisory Committee will provide advice and guidance to the Administrator of the STEM Academy and make recommendations to the Board concerning strategic and operational goals for the STEM Academy. The authorizing entity shall have no liability for the acts, omissions, debts or other obligations of the school unless otherwise stated in the charter.
