Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include:

Management and Operations 15.1 The Operator shall prepare an annual work programme and budget for each Calendar Year during the term of this Agreement. Each such work programme and budget shall set out in reasonable details, the work to be carried out, facilities to be purchased or created, training and employment programme, establishment, salaries and wages, social welfare schemes to be undertaken, and an estimate of the Expenditure to be incurred. The Operator shall present such work programme and budget to the Government and the Working Interest Owners before the start of each Calendar Year and thereafter provide a quarterly update on the implementation of such work programme and budget.
Monitoring and Oversight 9 To permit the SCSB as the Authorizer hereunder to fulfill its monitoring and oversight functions under the Act, U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(c), and ensure that the School is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement10, the Charter School agrees to fully support SCSB’s oversight and monitoring responsibilities including responding to all timely requests for reports,11 audits,12 formal and informal investigations, formal and informal visits and inspections of books and records of the Charter School.13 SCSB will use best efforts in exercising its oversight function to secure and review information or records that have been previously submitted by the Charter Schools to relieve administrative cost associated with duplicate requests.
Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. STANDARDS OF MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS In performing its obligations hereunder, during the term of this ESA, the Competitive Supplier shall exercise reasonable care to assure that its facilities are prudently and efficiently managed; that it employs an adequate number of competently trained and experienced personnel to carry out its responsibilities; that it delivers or arranges to deliver a safe and reliable supply of such amounts of electricity to the Point of Delivery as are required under this ESA; that it complies with all relevant industry standards and practices for the supply of electricity to Participating Consumers; and that, at all times with respect to Participating Consumers, it exercises good practice for a Competitive Supplier and employs Commercially Reasonable skills, systems and methods available to it.
Supervision and Oversight The Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing supervision and oversight to all the Contractor’s personnel that are assigned to the Agency properties pursuant to this contract.
Community Services a) Grantee shall provide the community-based services outlined in Texas Health and Safety Code Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter § 534.053, as incorporated into services defined in Information Item G, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts.
Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.
