Community Partner Program. Sponsor Energy's business model is premised upon donating a portion of Sponsor Energy's profits to registered charities that have enrolled as a "Community Partner" of Sponsor Energy. With the exception of any Optional Top Up contribution outlined in Section 2.8, the amount and timing of any donations made by Sponsor Energy are made at Sponsor Energy's discretion and changes to the Community Partner program may be made at any time at Sponsor Energy's discretion. Any such changes will be noted on the xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx web site. Customers are required to designate a Community Partner at the time of signup with Sponsor Energy. In the event that you want to change your Community Partner designation, you must submit a completed Account Change Request Form to us. Your designation change will take effect at the later of (i) 10 business days from our receipt of the Account Change Request Form or (ii) your next billing cycle. If for any reason, a Customer's designated Community Partner is no longer a Community Partner of Sponsor Energy, until the Customer designates a new Community Partner, the designation of Community Partner for that Customer may be made by Sponsor Energy in its sole discretion.

Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.
