Company Cloud Service; Subscriber-Hosted Software. (a) Company Cloud Service. Unless otherwise specified on an applicable Order Form, Company Service shall be provided as Company-hosted, cloud Service. Company grants Subscriber a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Service for the Term.
