Company Paid Move Eligibility. An IFC transferring to a Base under the following conditions is eligible for a Company paid move as outlined in this Article 14, provided her/his move meets the qualifications listed in Paragraph C if:

Related to Company Paid Move Eligibility

  • Employee Eligibility For purposes of this section, “eligible employee” shall be defined by the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act.

  • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.
