The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, not less than 45 days nor more than 60 days after each date (month and day) specified as an Interest Payment Date for the Subordinated Securities of the first Series issued under this Subordinated Indenture (whether or not any Subordinated Securities of that Series are then Outstanding), but in no event less frequently than semiannually, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require containing all the information in the possession or control of the Company, or any of its Paying Agents other than the Trustee, as to the names and addresses of the Holders of Subordinated Securities, obtained since the date as of which the next previous list, if any, was furnished, excluding from any such list the names and addresses received by the Trustee in its capacity as registrar (if so acting). Any such list may be dated as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished and need not include information received after such date.

Any such list may be dated as of a date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished or caused to be furnished, and need not include information received after such date.
