Common use of Company’s Duty to Discuss Change Clause in Contracts

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. 1.2.1 Myer shall discuss with the employees affected and the Union inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to above, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the Union in relation to the changes.

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. 1.2.1 Myer 9.2.1 The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the Union their employee representative (if so requested) inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to abovein subclause 9.1.1 hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the Union employee representatives in relation to the changes.

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. 1.2.1 Myer 17.2.1 The company shall discuss with the employees affected and the if requested, with their Union or Unions, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to abovein 17.6.1.2 hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the Union their Unions in relation to the changes.
