Section 1 - Salary The salary schedule shall be as set forth in Appendix "A.” In any year in which bargaining is concluded prior to the legislature’s adoption of the state education budget, either side will have the ability to reopen bargaining if the funding for the Manatee County School District, through the FEFP appropriations, is more than +/- 2% per student different than had been anticipated in the bargaining process.
