The sending higher education institution supports the staff mobility as part of its modernisation and internationalisation strategy and will recognise it as a component in any evaluation or assessment of the teaching staff member. The teaching staff member will share his/her experience, in particular its impact on his/her professional development and on the sending higher education institution, as a source of inspiration to others. The teaching staff member and the beneficiary institution commit to the requirements set out in the grant agreement signed between them. The teaching staff member and the receiving institution will communicate to the sending institution/enterprise any problems or changes regarding the proposed mobility programme or mobility period. COMMITMENT OF THE PARTIES. By entering into this Agreement and relying thereupon, Developer is obtaining a vested right to develop the Project on the Property in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. City, at the request of Xxxxxxxxx, intends to assist Developer in development of the Project and the public improvements, which are a part of the Project, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Development of the Project requires a major investment by Developer in public facilities, substantial front-end investment in on-site and off-site improvements, major dedications of land for public purposes and benefit, and substantial commitment of Developer’s resources to achieve the public purposes and benefits of the Project for its future residents and for City. Financing certain public facilities and dedicating land for public benefit are key elements of consideration for City’s execution of this Agreement. In addition, this Agreement provides City with the assurance of implementation of the General Plan and Specific Plan as Developer proceeds with the development of the Property. City recognizes and has determined that granting vested development rights and assurances in a project of this magnitude will assist Developer in undertaking the development of the Project and thereby achieve the public purposes and benefits of the Project. Without said commitments on the part of City, Developer would not enter into this Agreement nor develop the Project.
COMMITMENT OF THE PARTIES. By signing this document, the student, the University of Bonn and the receiving institution confirm that they approve the Learning Agreement and that they will comply with all the arrangements agreed by all parties. Sending and receiving institutions undertake to apply all the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education relating to mobility for studies. The University of Bonn and the student should also commit to what is set out in the Erasmus+ grant agreement. The receiving institution confirms that the educational components listed in Table A are in line with its course catalogue and should be available to the student. COMMITMENT OF THE PARTIES. The Manatee Education Association agrees to work with the Manatee County School Board to ensure the continued actuarial viability and stability of the insurance fund by negotiating any necessary plan and rate changes. The Manatee County School Board will provide the cost of the health insurance plan as defined by the provisions of Section 4. Any change in health insurance benefits and/or premiums will be negotiated between the Board and the Association before the Board takes action on any change. Any change in the voluntary benefits offered to employees shall be negotiated between the Board and the Association. This does not give the MEA the right to negotiate the specific plan administrator.
COMMITMENT OF THE PARTIES. The Storage Facility Manager undertakes to:
a) declare to ACER, on the Customer’s behalf, the Quantity of Gas that the Customer has stored at the end of each Day, at the latest by the following business day;
b) The Storage Facility Manager reserves the right to make this declaration via a company registered with ACER as a Registered Reporting Mechanism ("RRM"); where necessary, the Storage Facility Manager would remain responsible for providing the Storage Data Declaration Service;
c) make available to the Customer on the IRIS extranet portal all data declared to ACER on his behalf as well as the data received from ACER, throughout the duration of the service;
d) offer the Storage Data Declaration Service in accordance with applicable regulations and ACER’s technical specifications throughout the duration of the service;
e) maintain its RRM status for the duration of the service or, in the event of cessation or suspension, inform the Customer and propose a temporary alternative solution as soon as possible;
f) inform the Customer, if an interruption to the Storage Data Declaration Service occurs or if a service malfunction is detected, and do its very best to restore the service as soon as possible;
g) take all necessary steps to ensure the security and reliability of IT flows and protect the confidentiality of the data provided. The Storage Facility Manager cannot be held responsible in case of: ▪ the suspension, interruption, temporary unavailability or malfunction of the Storage Data Declaration Service due to a third party action or a case of Force Majeure; ▪ the disclosure, modification, or any other data handling error following the operations performed by the Storage Facility Manager as part of the Storage Data Declaration Service. The Customer:
a) authorises the Storage Facility Manager to declare to ACER, on the Customer’s behalf, the Quantity of Gas that the Customer has stored in the Storage Facility Manager’s installations at the end of each Day, at the latest by the following business day;
b) is registered on the Centralised European Register of Energy Market Participants – CEREMP;
c) undertakes to take all reasonable steps to check the completeness, accuracy and timely presentation of the information that he is declaring via the Storage Facility Manager;

COMMITMENT OF THE PARTIES. This Agreement has been reached around the following eight principles, which will guide the future direction of both schools and the support structure of the Department of Education:
(a) Employees are committed to the introduction and implementation of the policies of the government of the day, including educational policies that give effect to:
(i) the decisions of the Council of Australian Governments:
(ii) national partnership agreements;
(iii) the national curriculum;
(b) the core business of education in the Northern Territory is to deliver high quality and relevant student learning;
(c) schools should provide a safe, non-threatening environment that is conducive to teaching and learning and which encourages improved student participation and attendance;
(d) all possible education resources should be directed to schools and centres of learning to enhance student learning outcomes;
(e) all education infrastructure and allied Departmental services are in place to support schools and centres of learning;
(f) the structure and culture of the education system in the Northern Territory encourages and values the education of students and the work of teachers;
(g) parents are essential partners in education; and
(h) teachers have input into decision-making processes in their workplaces.
COMMITMENT OF THE PARTIES. (a) The parties recognise that it is essential to achieve a spirit of trust and co- operation between the Company and its employees as required within the overall intentions and objectives of this Agreement.
(b) Work shall continue at all times in a safe manner in accordance with the agreed settlement of Disputes procedures provided for in the Agreement with the emphasis on consultation between the parties .
(c) Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the rights of either party under the terms of the Workplace Relations Act, 1996.
(d) The parties recognise that it is not possible to make provision for every circumstance which may arise during the course of this Agreement. Where unanticipated problems arise, the parties agree to resolve such problems in a consultative manner.
