Compensation and Reimbursement for Expenses. Each member of an examining board shall, unless the member is a full− time salaried employee of this state, be paid a per diem of $25 for each day on which the member was actually and necessarily engaged in the performance of examining board duties. For purposes of this Section and without limitation, the termination of any claim, issue or matter in such a Proceeding by dismissal, with or without prejudice, shall be deemed to be a successful result as to such claim, issue or matter.
