Common use of Compensation and Related Provisions Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Related Provisions. A. Employees covered by this Agreement shall receive compensation pursuant to the provisions set forth in Appendix A (salary schedule) and Appendix B (co-curricular salaries) which shall be attached to and made part of this Agreement. Nothing contained in this Article, or any other provision of this Agreement, shall be construed as a guarantee of days or hours of employment for those assignments identified in Appendix B (co- curricular salaries).
