– Compensation for Bachelor’s Degree. Any employee who satisfactorily completes a bachelor’s degree program and is awarded a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or provides evidence of such degree, shall be entitled to $1.00/hour additional compensation to be added to that employee’s base compensation amount as incentive compensation for obtaining such degree.
