Common use of Compensation for Employees Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Employees. Employees other than those listed in Appendix “B” shall receive holiday pay to a maximum of eight (8) paid hours for each holiday defined in Article 14.01 on a pro-rata basis of regular hours paid during the two (2) two-week pay periods immediately prior to the holiday divided by one hundred and sixty (160) hours.

Compensation for Employees. (a) Employees other than those listed in Appendix “B” shall receive holiday pay of eight (8) paid hours for each holiday defined in Article 14.01 (b) An employee not listed in Appendix “B” shall receive holiday pay to a maximum of eight (8) paid hours for each holiday defined in Article 14.01 on a pro-rata basis of regular hours paid during the two (2) two-two (2) week pay periods immediately prior to the holiday divided by one hundred and sixty (160) hours.

The Employer shall schedule the holiday off on the day of the holiday to as many employees as possible, in order of seniority. Employees not listed in Appendix “B” shall receive holiday pay to a maximum of eight (8) paid hours for each holiday defined in Article 14.01 13.01 on a pro-rata basis of regular hours paid during the two (2) two-two (2) week pay periods immediately prior to the holiday divided by one hundred and sixty (160) hours.
