Advanced Certification Pay. The following employees shall receive, in addition to their bi-weekly salary, the equivalent of one hundred nineteen (119) dollars a month or approximately fifty-five (55) dollars bi-weekly for receiving an Advanced Appraisal Certificate issued by the State Board of Equalization. Advanced Certification Pay. Employees receiving either of the following three advanced certifications shall receive an additional stipend per year as noted: 1. National Board Certification for Professional Teaching Standards = $2,500. 2. National Certified School Psychologist through the National Psychology Certification System of the National Association of School Psychologists = $1,500.
